Implementation of energy audits to public buildings, which allow the analysis and characterization of the state of the equipment that consumes energy, the inherent costs, identifying situations to be corrected or improved. Solutions are defined that allow an increase in energy efficiency of the buildings. The certification process involves the performance of a qualified expert who verifies regulatory compliance of the building within the scope of the applicable regulation(s) (REH - Energy Performance Regulation for Residential Buildings and/or RECS - Energy Performance Regulation for Commercial and Commercial Buildings Services) and classifies them according to their energy performance.

Installation of high efficiency luminaires in the public lighting network and their regular maintenance. • Installation of high-efficiency luminaires for the scenic lighting of heritage elements and their respective regular maintenance. • Installation of an efficient consumption management system for the public lighting and scenic lighting network (if possible with the integration of these two verticals, for a more efficient analysis and management) and the respective regular maintenance and update. This system involves sensing the lighting network in order to control, in real time, the state of the network, manage loads and prevent breakdowns.
