Local pilot projects towards the reduction of energy poverty and firewood use

In the frame of the LIFE BIO-BALANCE project, Habitat for Humanity supported selected low-income communities in Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania to find ways to reduce firewood use. Based on local needs, different interventions were implemented as pilot projects in the three countries.
