Thermal rehabilitation of the Suhuluceni Kindergarten (thermal insulation of the walls, ceiling, floors, roof reconstruction, replacement of 50% of the windows, installation of the recovery ventilation system)

Changing 7 km of existing street lighting (lamps, pylons, wiring) and extending the network by another 15.7 km. Installation of the intelligent lighting system

Thermal rehabilitation of the Suhuluceni Gymnasium (thermal insulation of the walls, ceiling, floors, replacement of 30% of the windows, installation of the recovery ventilation system)

Promotion of thermal insulation measures among the commune citizens (25% of residential buildings will be thermally insulated, the effect – consumption 30% lower). Promoting campaigns for thermal insulation of houses by: small grants, demonstration projects, awareness raising trainings. Can be performed in partnership with Agency for Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Energy, NGOs etc.

Promotion of alternative electricity and thermal energy solutions among the locals (100 households will install solar panels and/or solar collectors)

Procurement of electric buses (2 units) with approx. 30 places - joint project with the Coropceni village. For the moment none of the mentioned villages has own public transport. Dependency from private transport companies and bus drivers makes vulnerable commune citizens.

Construction of the solar photovoltaic station with a power of 1 MW (private partnership)

Organization of the waste collection system by fractions – procurement of dumpsters, arrangement of the garbage disposal according to sanitary norms. Organization of municipal company that will take care of wastes collecion, separation and disposal.

Cleaning the water of the 56 ha lake – joint project with the village of Coropceni. Installation of the aerators in different places of the lake to increase the level of oxygen in the lake and speed up the process of decomposition of organic substances.

Planting forests and protective strips on agricultural fields, ponds, streams – 50 ha
