The measure aims to enhance climate resilience in new urban developments by using flood-resistant and heat-durable construction materials and designs. It includes the integration of green zones with tree plantings, lawns, and flowerbeds to provide shade, reduce heat accumulation, and improve microclimate conditions. The development of recreational areas, such as parks with fountains, ponds, and artificial water bodies, will contribute to additional cooling and humidity regulation. Additionally, the use of light-colored, reflective building materials and permeable surfaces for pavements and parking areas will help minimize heat absorption and facilitate rainwater infiltration, reducing.
