The Municipality has the ability to intervene to verify compliance with legal obligations, in synergy with the Region, but above all to take action to connect suppliers with condominium administrators and, where necessary, provide incentives for the use of the most efficient systems in terms of metering and temperature regulation.

For several years now, alongside regulatory requirements for energy efficiency upgrades, established by national laws (implementing European Directives), tax incentives (tax deductions) have been introduced to incentivize energy-saving measures. Specifically, this Action Sheet focuses on the following tax deductions: - Ecobonus (for energy efficiency upgrades); - Home Bonus (for building renovations, including energy efficiency upgrades).

For expenses incurred from July 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021, for energy retrofitting in the residential sector, the tax deduction is 110% and is divided among eligible beneficiaries into five equal annual installments. The Superbonus is applicable, under certain conditions, for all expenses incurred for interventions on: - common areas of buildings; - functionally independent real estate units with one or more independent external accesses, located within multi-family buildings; - individual real estate units.

The development of the area known as "Rc8" includes improvements to vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic at the Via del Pellerino/Via Mulino intersection. The project, funded by private individuals as a deduction from the cost of construction, involves the construction of a 250-meter cycle path. Although this is a short section, it is important because it will connect the cycle paths mentioned in the previous Action Plans. Other works to promote slow mobility, such as benches and greenery, are planned.

Initiative aimed at promoting cycling mobility and cycle tourism. The "YOU pedal, WE reward you" initiative is planned to be launched. This service will be managed via an app to monitor the cycling trips of those who voluntarily participate in the initiative. Users will be rewarded with a financial contribution based on a ranking based on the kilometers traveled. The project also includes events aimed at encouraging citizens to use bicycles for short trips as well as for cycle tourism.

The aim of the project is to enhance the forested heritage and peri-urban wetlands as multifunctional green infrastructure, strengthening the area's resilience (water and microclimate regulation), enhancing biodiversity, and promoting sustainable ecotourism. The project encompasses a wooded area of ​​approximately 5 hectares near the town center, below San Vito, and includes a wetland, likely a remnant of part of the area's ancient use as a villa park.

With climate change and rising temperatures, the pine processionary moth is finding conditions more favorable to its spread. This must be controlled to avoid damaging the conifers and compromising the enjoyment of the mountainous areas within the municipality. The objective of this initiative is therefore to control the spread of the pine processionary moth (Thaumetopoea pityocampa) within the municipality, particularly in the most popular wooded and mountainous areas. The intervention aims to mitigate ecological damage to conifers and, above all, to safeguard public health and the full usability of the municipal green spaces and trails.
