The action aims to complete the relamping with LED of the whole PL plant.

A-pub 1 requalification of public buildings (net zero emission) MITIGATION

The action aims to minimize the heat and electricity needs of Public Buildings (Group 1) aiming at decreasing dependence on natural gas and fossil fuels in general. This objective has long been pursued through the combination of 3 strategies: 1. Energy requalification of building envelopes and air conditioning systems 2. Integration of renewable sources used for the local production of energy for self-consumption 3. Compensation of electricity withdrawals from the grid through the purchase of certified renewable energy.

F-mob 5 infrastructures and initiatives for light mobility MITIGATION ADAPTATION ENERGY POVERTY

The action aims to make the municipal territory completely passable by bike or on foot, to reduce the use of the private vehicle in particular for short journeys (less than 10 km).

M-ada 1 - adoption and implementation of the new"general urban plan" (lr 24/2017) MITIGATION ADAPTATION

Emilia-Romagna Region has established that the government of the territory must pursue "the sustainability, equity and competitiveness of the social and economic system, and the satisfaction of the fundamental rights of current and future generations related in particular to health, housing and work". The action is oriented towards the Net Zero Emission by 2050, in order to align the SECAP of the Municipality of Collecchio with the European Climate Law. Therefore, the Plan contains a particular focus on the green heritage of the territory, declined through a series of actions in mutual synergy: ADA 2 Urban and Peri-urban Forestation, ADA 3 Monitoring, Protection and Enhancement of Public Green Areas, ADA 4 Improvement of ecological connectivity through infrastructures Green & Blue and NEU1 Municipal absorption plan. M-ada 5 up redevelopment of aqueduct networks to reduce leaks and drinking water withdrawals ADAPTATION

The aim of the action is to tackle the loss of aqueduct networks, which are very high in the municipalities of the Pedemontana Parmense Union. Considering the difference between the cubic meters fed into the network and the cubic meters invoiced, in 2018 Pedemontana Parmense Union had 39% of leaks of all the water injected.

M-ada 8 improvement of water regulation in ozzano and gaiano ADAPTATION

The action puts in place interventions, carried out or planned, aimed at reducing the hydraulic and hydrogeological risk of inhabited centers, related to the presence of different streams and canals. The realization of these interventions requires working in synergy with the Consorzio della Bonifica Parmense, the Civil Protection, the Emilia-Romagna Region.
