Ter 1 - sustainable health and welfare buildings MITIGATION ADAPTATION
The aim of the action is to encourage energy regeneration in social-health and welfare structures in the municipal area, both public and private, which account for an important share of energy consumption in the tertiary sector.

Emilia-Romagna Region has established that the government of the territory must pursue "the sustainability, equity and competitiveness of the social and economic system, and the satisfaction of the fundamental rights of current and future generations related in particular to health, housing and work". This affirms a new vision of urban and territorial planning that makes sustainable development the only reference point for decisions relating to territorial transformations. Article 10 of the Directive is applicable to the 31 of Law 24/2017 defines pug as "the planning tool that the Municipality prepares, with reference to its entire territory, to outline the structural invariances and strateg

Ada 2 - strategic enhancement of urban green spaces ADAPTATION
The action aims to protect existing green areas, through their strategic and innovative enhancement, and, where possible, to create new green areas with specific functions of climate mitigation and adaptation. Through this action, the Municipality recognizes "urban greenery in its entirety (public, private, urban, peri-urban), going beyond the concept of simple urban standard". In the action are integrated the ideas received by citizens, collected through the participatory path "Imagine your SEAP(s) 2", with additional requests to be regular through the Municipal Regulation of The Green.
In particular, the strategic and innovative enhancement provides for the active involvement of citizens

Ada 3 - advanced biomethane production MITIGATION ADAPTATION ENERGY POVERTY
The aim of the project is to reduce water pollution from local agricultural activities. Livestock slurry can in fact be exploited by anaerobic biodigestion, for biogas production and, subsequently, biomethane.
Biomethane will be placed in the local distribution network and used as a substitute for natural gas to produce heat or as an advanced biofuel for road transport.
The action is strategic because it responds both to the need to protect water resources more, and to the commitment to increase the production of local renewable energies, without impacting crops and without competing with agricultural production for man and animal husbandry.

Ada 4 - new wastewater treatment plant ADAPTATION
The aim of the project is to reduce the pollution of water resources through the construction of a new super-community wastewater treatment plant.

Ada 5 - up redevelopment of aqueduct networks to reduce leaks and drinking water withdrawals ADAPTATION
The aim of the action is to tackle the loss of aqueduct networks, which are very high in the municipalities of the Pedemontana Parmense Union. Considering the difference between the cubic meters fed into the network and the cubic meters invoiced, in 2018 Pedemontana Parmense Union had losses equal to 39% of all the water injected.

Paes - promoting of photovoltaic public plants MITIGATION
This 2 MWp Photovoltaic Plant feed Public Buildings and part of the electricity demand of the municipality. It allowed the Local Authority's to have the resources to start other important activities, such as the publci buildings requalification programme and other improvements in the services for the citizens.

Local Authority has set a long term programme to address significant emission reduction, through achieving important reduction in energy consumption, especially concerning heating consumption. A school has gone through requalification, achieving 50% of reduction in natural consumption. At least four other buildings will be requalified to obtain similar savings.

The action intends to minimize the heat and electricity needs of Public Buildings Group 1) aiming at decreasing dependence on natural gas and fossil fuels in general. The "Emissions (Nearly) Zero" objective has long been pursued through the combination of 3 strategies:
1. Energy requalification of building envelopes and air conditioning systems
2. Integration of renewable sources used for the local production of energy for self-consumption
3. Compensation of electricity withdrawals from the grid through the purchase of certified renewable energy.
