Electrification of the fleet of private vehicles MITIGATION
The action consists of promoting the gradual change from conventional vehicles to more efficient ones in the private mobile fleet with the aim of reducing the environmental impact (atmospheric and acoustic pollution) and thus increasing the quality of life of the population.
The city council will be in charge of promoting the acquisition of more efficient vehicles among the population through various measures, such as: Application of a reduction in the Tax on Vehicles with Mechanical Traction (IVTM), better known as the tax of circulation, to all those 100% electric vehicles or the realization of IBI bonuses for the installation of charging points in private car parks.

Energy communities can be the key to citizen empowerment in the energy sector. An energy community is an alliance between various local actors (individual citizens, communities of neighbors, associations or cooperatives at the local or county level, etc.) in order to self-produce, distribute and self-consume electrical energy from photovoltaic solar panels or other energy systems.
By creating an energy community, a level of management of the energy generated and consumed is achieved in a very efficient way, demonstrating a commitment to distributed generation through renewable energy sources, while at the same time involving the users of the the way in which energy is generated and consumed
