Identifying best practices of multi-level governance for the NECPlatform Project

The NECPlatform project, launched a couple of months ago, will support 6 EU Member States in their transition to climate neutrality by setting up and managing permanent multi-level Climate and Energy Dialogue Platforms while they update their NECPs.

These multi-level dialogue platforms are intended to help Member States comply with Article 11 of the Governance of Energy Union and Climate Action Regulation: an Article which calls for better integration of local and regional authorities, civil society, businesses & other stakeholders in the development and monitoring of national and climate policies, including the integrated NECPs.

In this context, the project is carrying out a desk research to identify good practices of multi-level governance from within and outside the EU in order to collect information and better shape the dialogue platforms that they will implement within the project.

Support them in identifying best practices that you are aware of in your country (or beyond) and include a very short description of such practices  here ! The best practices can belong to any policy area, not limited to energy or climate.
