International Rebuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy exhibition and conference

The 5th edition of ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy Exhibition & Conference will take place on 13–14 November 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, in partnership with the European Commission and with the support of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, and the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

This event is the opportunity to tighten cooperation between Ukrainian municipalities affected by war and European partners, offering Ukrainian municipalities a platform to present recovery and investment projects. The heart of the exhibition is the National Pavilion "Ukraine and its Communities", where up to 20 Ukrainian communities will showcase their projects in person, with another 100 represented through a structured Meeting Point for scheduled dialogue.

European cities and communities are warmly invited to attend, engage in the EU–Ukraine Investment Conference, visit the Marathon of Communities, and take part in matchmaking activities. This is a unique opportunity to initiate or strengthen partnerships with Ukrainian cities and contribute directly to their sustainable recovery. Pre-registration is encouraged to arrange meetings with Ukrainian mayors and community leaders. 

Options for EU Cities and Communities representatives: 

• Free visit to the “European Union – Ukraine Investment Conference”: Organised by the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, in partnership with Premier Expo. Participation in the conference and workshops (by pre-registration).
• Free visit to the Intergovernmental Press Briefing.
• Attendance at the National Pavilion "Ukraine and its Communities": Opportunities for negotiations with Ukrainian city and community leaders. • Free visit of the Marathon of Communities: Review and select projects for cooperation.
• Attendance at the Meeting Point: For negotiations with Ukrainian cities and communities (attendees without booths).
• Aid & Development Meet-Up: Case studies of cooperation.
