This easy-to-use tool, developed on behalf of the H2020 CEESEU project, aims to help Covenant signatories by providing a quick self-assessment to evaluate the compliance with their SECAP.
The tool includes all necessary SECAP components, such as political process, administrative structure, budget, participatory process, BEI, RVA, Action Plan, implementation, multi-level governance, energy poverty and just transition.
