Implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings on the residents' own initiative: insulation of walls, ceilings, replacement of windows and doors with metal-plastic energy-efficient ones

The project involves installing a 200 kW solar power plant on the building of the Girskiy Lyceum in the village of Gora, which will provide the institution with its own electricity and reduce costs. The plant will consist of photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries and a monitoring system, will cover the basic needs of the lyceum, and the surplus can be used by the community or fed into the grid. The project involves the installation of solar power plants with a capacity of 5–20 kW in private households and the integration of air-to-water heat pumps with a conversion coefficient (COP) of 3.5–4.2. It is recommended to equip the systems with inverters with a “smart grid” function, storage capacities (for solar power plants) and buffer tanks (for heat pumps) to optimize consumption, which will ensure stable electricity and heat supply with maximum effect from the use of equipment.
