1. Attic roof insulation with inflated perlite bags (d=150 mm, thermal conductivity coefficient 0.065 W/m0K, normative thermal resistance of the roof 2.736 m2:0C/W); 2. Placing a vestibule at the entrance of the building; 3. Modernization of exhaust ventilation system, installation of ventilation systems equipped with built-in heat recovery systems; 4. Balancing/regulating the heating system.

In order to meet the electricity demand of 4 community structures, it is planned to build 3 rooftop PV systems with a total peak capacity of 35 kW.

The following works are planned: • Replacement of roofing and thermal insulation of roofs (attics). • Replacement of porch doors and windows with new energy-efficient windows and doors. • Thermal insulation of external walls. • Installation of internal lighting system in porches and stairwells.

Inspection of roofs of MABs, inventory of roofs vulnerable to heavy rainfall, hail and strong winds, repair of vulnerable roofs, replacement of roofing (e.g. with galvanized sheet), strengthening of supporting / supporting structures, replacement of worn timber, upgrading of drainage system.

Ensuring the smooth operation, proper cleaning, prevention and repair of storm water drainage systems and culverts to prevent road blockages due to flooding and to ensure traffic safety.

Large-scale use of renewable energy resources for powering community structures in order to ensure sustainable energy supply in case of extreme weather events.

Creation of community green zones or restoration, expansion, provision of water supply and maintenance of existing zones and recreation areas, parks and gardens.
