Pub 1 - requalification of public buildings MITIGATION

The action aims to minimize the heat and electricity needs of Public Buildings (Group 1) aiming at decreasing dependence on natural gas and fossil fuels in general. This objective has long been pursued through the combination of 3 strategies: 1. Energy requalification of building envelopes and air conditioning systems 2. Integration of renewable sources used for the local production of energy for self-consumption 3. Compensation of electricity withdrawals from the grid through the purchase of certified renewable energy.

Ip 1 -complete revamping of public light with led and maintainance of achieved results MITIGATION

The action aims to monitor the trend of IP consumption to maintain in the long term the benefits obtained with the intervention of redevelopment with LED.

Ter 1 - requalification of the municipal sports center MITIGATION ADAPTATION

The action consists in the energy requalification of the Municipal Sports Center. The buildings and facilities of the Center are owned by the Local Authority but sports and recreational activities are managed by private sports associations. The Municipal Sports Center is one of the most important users in the tertiary sector from the point of view of energy consumption and Local Authority has decision-making and spending capacity for the realization of the works necessary for the redevelopment.

Pov 1 - up launch and creation of "household energy advisor" service MITIGATION ADAPTATION ENERGY POVERTY

With this action, municipalities of Pedemontana Parmense Union intend to structure themselves concretely to oppose the growing problem of vulnerability / energy poverty. The SECAP environmental objectives have to be achieved with attention to the elimination of inequalities.

Ada 1 - adoption and implementation of the new"general urban plan" (lr 24/2017) MITIGATION ADAPTATION

Emilia-Romagna Region has established that the government of the territory must pursue "the sustainability, equity and competitiveness of the social and economic system, and the satisfaction of the fundamental rights of current and future generations related in particular to health, housing and work". This affirms a new vision of urban and territorial planning that makes sustainable development the only reference point for decisions relating to territorial transformations. Ada 3 - mitigation and prevention of hydraulic risk ADAPTATION

This activity has been carried out for some time in the Municipality, where the hydraulic risk is significant. The extreme climatic events mainly concern Baganza and Scodogna streams, but also the secondary hydrographic network, which gives rise to the phenomenon of flash floods in various municipal areas. Various relevant initiatives are currently underway, including a new embankment and an expansion box on the Baganza stream.

Ada 4 - monitoring and prevention of landslides, with civil protection ADAPTATION

With this action, the Local authority aims to continue with the monitoring of active and quiescent landslides in the municipal area, also implementing the preventive actions indicated by the Civil Protection in the Municipal Emergency Plan.

Ada 5 - up redevelopment of aqueduct networks to reduce leaks and drinking water withdrawals ADAPTATION

The aim of the action is to tackle the loss of aqueduct networks, which are very high in the municipalities of the Pedemontana Parmense Union. Considering the difference between the cubic meters fed into the network and the cubic meters invoiced, in 2018 Pedemontana Parmense Union had 39% of leaks of all the water injected.

Ada 8 - forest fire prevention in boschi di carrega regional park (pr), with parks body MITIGATION ADAPTATION

The action aims to introduce interventions to obstruct forest fires within the Boschi di Carrega Regional Park protected area. The Local authority co-financed a project to upgrade the fire prevention network and other preventive intervention, carried out by the Emilia Occidentale Parks Authority thanks to regional funds from the 2014-2020 RDP (Rural Development Plan). The project will end in 2021.

Ada 9 - creation of urban allotments MITIGATION ADAPTATION ENERGY POVERTY

With this action, the Local Authority aims to create urban allotments, with the preparation of areas to be made available to citizens. The urban gardens project is part of a practice already widespread in Europe and more recently in Italy. This practice consist in the destination of spaces, often unused, for social allotments within cities and aims to improve the well-being of the population who benefits from it
