Decoupling Europe from fossil gas: Unleashing the power of city governments in the heat transition

This SHIFFT Final Project Event will explore how to govern effectively, developing policy, successful co-creation with citizens, and experimenting through pilot projects. The findings of the SHIFFT project will be shared as well as our local government heat transition guides and other outputs.

Local politicians, academics and practitioners will discuss about what have been achieved and learned from the SHIFFT project, but most of the event will be an interactive workshop in which attendees will share their reflections, experience and ideas for accelerating the heat transition in cities.  

The event is part of the EU Regions Week programme.
